We’ve put together some of the commonly asked questions to help you.
What is provided? What do I need to bring?
We provide the full uniform that you get to keep. This includes the shirt, shorts, and socks. All you need to provide is cleats, shin pads, and a water bottle.
I have some cleats my child has grown out of. What can I do with them?
You can bring them on a Saturday and leave them in the boots bin beside the storage shed. You can leave a pair / take a pair.
Where are practices and games held?
Both practices and games are held at Iroquois field in Sidney. Unless otherwise instructed, this is where you’ll drop your child off.
How do I know if the field is closed due to weather?
Make sure you have TeamSnap setup so that you can be notified if soccer has been cancelled. We will also post on our FaceBook page to let people know too.
My child has never played soccer before, can they still join?
ABSOLUTELY! We encourage players of all skill levels to come and join Pace FC. We match players up with other players of similar abilities and skills so that they can develop and learn the game at their own pace.
Will my child be playing games against other teams?
Our U6-U10 programs are house leagues, meaning they will scrimmage amongst themselves. Our U12 program is a mix of house league and playing against other clubs or academies.
